- What did I learn last week? I am getting older.
- What was my greatest accomplishment over the past week? Making some damn good chili on Saturday.
- Which moment from last week was the most memorable and why? A phone call from the attorney I work with when he was stuck in traffic on the Bay Bridge because of a fire on Treasure Island. Many four letter words beginning with F were involved. I laughed.

- What can I do right now to make the week less stressful? Allow others to do their jobs — even if they are not perfect.
- What have I struggled with in the past that might also affect the upcoming week? Fatigue.
