I have a headache today.
My weight seems to go up and then drop back down depending on what time of the month it is. I hate that, but I suspect it’s not going to change. I kind of feel like I should just stop stepping on the scale and getting angsty about it.
I didn’t keep track of my calories today until after dinner. I was sure I was going to be well over 2000 (hello? 4 cookies?) but apparently I didn’t even creep over 1600.
