I actually used it every day -- until family arrived for a visit. Strangely enough, though, I'm missing using it while they are here. My excuse is...I'm lazy. Sloth was my major sin of the seven deadlies. I've always thought that if I spent money monthly I'd be more inclined to go work out. It worked for judo when I lived elsewhere that actually had a community center that offered it. It didn't work for the gym. Wasted money. Oooh, love my Wii Fit.
