The Garden of Eden - Lilith

Lilith
Lilith was Adam’s first wife, created by God either before Adam or at the same time as the first Man, from the same dust in the Garden of Eden. She considered herself Adam’s equal and refused to take a submissive position to him (in sex or otherwise) and left the Garden on her own. Adam complained and God sent three angels to bring her back.
The angels found Lilith near the Red Sea and threatened her with drowning and the death of one hundred of her children every day. These threats had little weight, as Lilith had a dangerous power: she knew the name of God. She refused to return and acknowledged that one hundred of her demonic children would die each day.
Consequently, some mythologies and religions depict Lilith as a sort of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome personified, a demonic succubus involved in menacing newborns.
The name Lilith seems to originate from the Hebrew lilit, meaning literally “female night being/demon.” It has also been associated with the Akkadian lilitu, “lady air,” nin.lil, the Sumerian goddess of the South Wind, and Lamia, a Libyan serpent goddess. Another version of the name is Liyliyth, meaning “screech owl.”

Buahhahaha.
Yeah, that’s such a positive thing to name a kid.
I’m sure there are worse names, but I’m at a loss to think of any right now.
At least it’s more or less unique, even with all the wannabe’s who wear the name like a new brand of eyeliner.
[...] Lilith left the Garden of Eden, God noted that “It is not good that the man should be alone,” [...]
just because you our named lilth does not mean you actions our satan like after all these our the times when the light will allow us to see the content of ones character and not the cover of there book
The chosen one of a few, you realize, that Lilith is Satan’s wife, correct? And that no matter what you do, mythologically speaking, she will always be married to Satan?
I agree with Lilithiel. lol
Tsk tsk, such a limited perspective.
