This recipe for Belgian Raspberry Brownies with Truffle Ganache from Visions of Sugar Plum looks absolutely decadent and has set me up for an all-day chocolate (and beer?!) craving. It calls for:

• raspberry beer
• seedless raspberry preserves
• chopped bittersweet chocolate
