Ebonfenix (7:11:04 PM) : Would follow the Zimmer menu? he is presently at an eatery in Beijing that specializes solely in the male genitalia of various animals.
Ebonfenix (7:11:21 PM) : yeah, definitely a better greeting than hello
AlysiaSkye (7:11:22 PM) : Don’t think that sounds very good.
AlysiaSkye (7:11:25 PM) : LOL.
AlysiaSkye (7:11:31 PM) : HELLO TO YOU, TOO.
Ebonfenix (7:12:45 PM) : my family gives me grief because I do not eat things like lox or nova and prefer my fish raw… but honestly its stuff like that as to why even I’m really squeamish about actual Chinese food.
AlysiaSkye (7:14:19 PM) : Lox are good.
AlysiaSkye (7:14:22 PM) : Pickled herring is good.
Ebonfenix (7:14:32 PM) : ewww!!!
Ebonfenix (7:14:47 PM) : I bet you even eat things like cow’s tongue.
AlysiaSkye (7:14:49 PM) : I am genetically predisposed to like pickled herring. It is a Scandinavian thing.
Ebonfenix (7:14:59 PM) : I should be disposed to it as well
AlysiaSkye (7:14:59 PM) : Dude, my mom made that for me a few times. Just tasted like meat.
Ebonfenix (7:15:10 PM) : but the only deli food I consume is chicken soup
AlysiaSkye (7:15:18 PM) : Like if you had a generic “meat” flavor, that’s what tongue would be.
AlysiaSkye (7:15:25 PM) : Wot, no pickles?
AlysiaSkye (7:15:29 PM) : Pickles are a deli food.
Ebonfenix (7:15:33 PM) : pickles are not deli food
AlysiaSkye (7:15:44 PM) : They sell pickles at delis therefore pickles are deli food.
Ebonfenix (7:15:48 PM) : unless you think of those mammoth semi sours that sit in the big barrels
AlysiaSkye (7:15:52 PM) : Mmmmmmm
Ebonfenix (7:16:08 PM) : see I like smaller garlic infused extra sour pickles
AlysiaSkye (7:16:14 PM) : Mmmmmm.
AlysiaSkye (7:16:18 PM) : I love pickles.
I was thinking that I have yet to have a normal conversation with Ebonfenix, but I’m not really sure what a normal conversation is anymore.

I am a garlic dill pickle whore. Oh, dill pickets. ::Drool::
Am also a bad spelling h0r.
That’s probably one of the most “normal” conversations Ebon’s ever had.
mmmm….. pickles.
shameless plug (wonder if html works in comments..?)
html does work in comments, and OMG yum. I’m growing cucumbers this year with the plan to make pickles, and that’s one recipe I’ll be trying.
I want to play around with my own spice mix for a batch next time. There’s a great spice shop near my office – http://www.penzeys.com/ – I had put off checking them out thinking they would be an expensive place, but they are very comparable to most grocery store specialty brands, and the quality is much better.
[...] people online that I have known for years but never met, posted a fairly abstract conversation on her blog that ended with me posting a comment with a shameless plug to my pickle [...]
