That thing about Vitamin C and zinc not working together is good to know.

I have found this blog. One thing I must say to you– zinc and vitamin C both work, but add them together and they cancel each other out. It is some random thing we learned in a stats class as a “real world example” and was consequently the only thing I remember from that class other than my pittling and sad grade.

So,yeah, FYI.
